GenKids is an AI-powered photo generation app designed for parents to create magical, realistic memories for their children. By using GenKids, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

As an app catering to families, we take children's privacy seriously:

• Parental Consent: Children under 13 must have explicit parental or guardian consent to use the app.
• Data Minimization: We do not collect personal information from children beyond what is necessary to provide AI photo generation services.
• No Tracking: We do not track children's behavior for advertising purposes.

3. Data Collection and Usage

In alignment with our App Store Privacy disclosures, we collect the following information:

• Photos: Photos uploaded are used solely for the AI generation process. We do not use your child's photos for training our core AI models or for any secondary purposes.
• Contact Info & Authentication: We use Google Sign-In to manage your account, verify your identity, and secure your credit/points balance.
• Purchases: We track purchase history to manage your points balance and ensure digital goods are properly credited to your account.
• Usage Data: We collect anonymous usage data (such as feature interaction and app performance metrics) through Firebase to improve app stability and enhance the user experience.
• Storage: Images you choose to save are stored in our secure database via Firebase to allow cross-device access.

4. Third-Party Services

We utilize trusted third-party providers to enhance our service:

• Google & Firebase: Used for secure authentication, database storage, and app performance analytics. These services may collect data as governed by their respective privacy policies.
• Apple App Store: All financial transactions are handled securely by Apple.

5. AI Content Safety & Responsibility

We implement strict safety filters to ensure all generated content is family-friendly. However, users are encouraged to:

• Report any inappropriate generated content to our support email immediately.
• Understand that AI-generated images may occasionally contain artifacts or unexpected results.

6. In-App Purchases (Points & Credits)

• Payments are processed securely via the Apple App Store.
• Points (e.g., 150 points pack) are digital goods and are non-refundable once consumed for generation.
• For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly as per App Store guidelines.

7. Account and Data Deletion

Apple users have the right to be forgotten:

• Self-Service Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data directly within the GenKids app settings.
• Manual Request: Alternatively, email us at genkids2025@gmail.com, and we will purge your data from our servers within 30 days.
